ORGANIZER

As an Organizer, you will be part of a team dedicated to transforming clients' spaces. Your role involves creating organization systems tailored to the unique needs and lifestyles of each client. We are seeking organizers who can commit to approximately 24-40 hours per week.

Your on-site client project hours will typically be from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend project.

Additional off-site/in-office hours will be required for tasks such as product planning, shopping/returns, and donation drop-offs.

This position is a W-2 role, offering 401k benefits and mileage reimbursement as necessary.

Role Details: 

  • Comfortably commuting in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

  • Working skillfully with clients to develop personalized organization systems.

  • Working effectively in teams ranging from 1 to 9 members, and independently as needed.

  • Demonstrating knowledge of organizational products or showing the ability to learn quickly.

  • Possessing reliable transportation.

  • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.

  • Proficient with technology, including iPhone photo streams, Google Docs, and notes.

  • Guiding clients through the entire organizational process from start to finish.


LEAD ORGANIZER

As a Lead Organizer, you will take charge of client projects and lead a team of organizers. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire organizational process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience. We are seeking Lead Organizers who can commit to approximately 24-40 hours per week.

  • Delegating tasks effectively to ensure a successful client experience.

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients on site and managing job logistics.

  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of organizational products.

  • Applying experience in professional organizing to various project needs.

  • Utilizing space planning experience or awareness in project execution.

  • Ensuring reliable transportation availability for on-site responsibilities.
